Maintenance

The maintenance team conducts a thorough inspection to ensure that your new home is in perfect working order. Prior to your move-in, the home will receive a professional cleaning and sanitization. After this, the leasing team will walk you through your new home to confirm that our standards have been met. Additionally, we will provide a welcome kit containing essential items and information about the neighborhood to help you settle in with ease.

Our community offers on-site maintenance along with 24/7 emergency maintenance services.

We are here to help with any maintenance repairs you may need. If you experience any issues in your home, please submit a maintenance request through the resident portal or contact the office.

Upon receiving your work order request, our maintenance team will contact you to assess the requested repair.

No, your presence is not required. When creating your work order request, you have the option to grant the team "permission to enter" in case you are not at home.

If you find yourself locked out, please contact the office or emergency maintenance for assistance in resolving the issue

We encourage you to make your new space feel like home. You are welcome to engage in basic decorating, such as hanging artwork and putting up curtains. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact the office.

Amenities

Our community features a smoke-free environment, resort-style pool and spa, 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, social lounge, an outdoor gaming lawn, dog park, pet spa, fire pit, grilling stations, and an abundance of additional amenities.

The community pool and spa are open daily from 7 AM to 10 PM.

Your home will include either a reserved carport or a detached garage, depending on the specific unit you choose. Additionally, uncovered parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Every home will come equipped with a full-sized LG washer and dryer.

We love pets! For details about pet limits, restrictions, and associated fees, please take a look at our pet policy.

A refundable deposit of $250 is required, along with a non-refundable pet fee of $250. Additionally, there is a monthly rent of $35 per pet, applicable for up to two pets.

Our community does not have a specific weight limit, but we do have restrictions on certain breeds. For further information, please check our pet policy or reach out to the office.

Absolutely, we have a community dog park alongside a pet spa.

Your home will be equipped with a washer, dryer, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave.

Our community provides lease options ranging from 6 to 12 months. Please note that pricing and availability may vary.

Currently, we do not provide corporate leasing options.

The office cannot accommodate package deliveries, but we do provide secure parcel lockers that are accessible 24/7 for your convenience. Our team collaborates with all couriers to ensure the successful delivery of your packages.

Our fitness center is open every day, all day, to meet all your fitness needs.

We offer a variety of fitness equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, free weights, and resistance machines.

Our aim is to make sure every resident enjoys their experience at Marketside Villas. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Additionally, our clubhouse is available for rent for private events. For pricing and availability information, please reach out to the office.

Exploring our homes is completely free of charge.

Our team is ready to assist you every day of the week for your convenience. You can either visit us for walk-in tours or arrange an appointment for a later date. To reduce any waiting time, we encourage you to schedule your appointment online or directly with our staff.

The management team is located onsite in the leasing office and is available to assist you seven days a week.

Your move-in expenses will fluctuate depending on the lease start date, deposits, fees, and any ongoing promotions. After you submit your application, our team will provide you with a detailed cost sheet outlining your move-in charges.

You can pay your rent using a check, certified funds, or online methods. If you're experiencing difficulty in making your payment, please reach out to the office for further assistance.

Rent can be paid either online via the resident portal or in person at the office.

There will be extra monthly fees, including utilities and a community amenity charge. A detailed breakdown of all monthly charges will be provided on your move-in cost sheet before you relocate.

Personal renter's insurance is not mandatory. The community provides liability insurance included in the amenity fee.

Currently, water, sewer and trash services are included in the monthly rent.

Our community features a resident referral program. When you refer a friend who signs a lease with us, you'll receive a $500 rent credit. For more details and any restrictions, please reach out to the leasing office.

Regrettably, there are no discounts offered for extended lease periods. Monthly payments are required and must be made on the first day of each month.

Our community provides transfer options both onsite and to other communities. Please note that all deposits and fees are paid individually to each community. For any further inquiries about our transfer options, feel free to reach out to the office.

Subleasing is not allowed. All leaseholders are required to complete the qualification process in order to be added to the lease and reside on the property.

We provide an option for early lease termination. The fee for termination depends on your monthly charges. To proceed with early termination, we ask for a written notice 30 days in advance along with the termination fee.

Currently, our community is situated in a newly developed area where public transportation is not yet accessible.

Our community is conveniently located to Costco, Bashas, Frys, various restaurants, and other local shops.

Our community is conveniently located off the I-10 and Verrado Way. When you exit the I-10, head north on Verrado Way, then make a left onto McDowell Rd. You'll find our community on the left side.
